SHIPPING- FULL-PRICE USA ORDERS
Free Shipping on order above $50.
Order below $50 will be charged a flat fee of $10 within the US (except Alaska and Hawaii), $25 to Canada, and $35 to other international locations.
All shipment by FEDEX ground shipping.

We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes. Orders shipping to P.O. boxes will be delayed until we are able to contact you for a business or residential address.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns will only be accepted within 14 days of delivery date. Store credit will be issued for return items within 30 days, which excludes sale items and discounted purchases. Return items must be in the exact condition in which it was shipped. The customer is responsible for all shipping cost for returns. Please contact sales@nila-anthony.com if you would like to receive a prepaid return label at the price of $10 (Valid only to US locations). ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you would like to return a factory defected item, please contact us with detailed description of the defect and provide photoed images. Nila Anthony is not responsible for normal “wear and tear” of any products.

OFF-PRICE AND SAMPLE SALE PURCHASES
If your item was purchased through an off-price retailer or regular retailer or at a Nila Anthony sample sale, please contact by email at contact@nila-anthony.com
Any issues with merchandise not purchased through Nila-Anthony.com or an Authorized Full-Price Retailer is considered for repair service on a case-by-case basis. Any issues with merchandise purchase through an off-price retailer or sample sale will require case-by-case consideration to determine the best way for us assist you.
